The aim of present study was to identify barriers to use of information technology in physical education course of elementary schools. Hence, all of the physical educators and schools’ managers of Zarand, Kerman selected equally by statistical society (N= 180), and they responded to researcher made questionnaire of 5-point Likert including 34 questions. Contextual validity of questionnaire confirmed by sport management scholars, and its reliability resulted to (.91) by Chronbach alpha coefficient. In order to analysis data it is used exploratory factor analyze and Friedman test. Exploratory factor analysis results showed that, based on cumulative variance explanation of 69 percentage and with eliminating the five items, the 6 factors of human (6.87), facilities-equipment (6.11), technical (4.45), cultural (4.41), financial (2.75), and professional ability (2.24) identified, and each of those played important role for lack of information technology utility in sports of elementary schools (λ2= 198.55; P≤ .01). It seems that educational and confirmatory courses are in low level for physical educators because negative attitudes, traditional skills, knowledge, and teaching methods are the most important factors for lack of information technology utility in sports of elementary schools. Thus, as it is expected, in addition improving the facilities and adequate infrastructures, formatting the job design groups can probably be effective factor for attitudes changes of physical educators to wards information technology.

The purpose of the present study was to compare job characteristics among Iranian soccer referees based on Job Characteristics Model (JCM) that it is one of the most common job design studies. 157 soccer referees in Premier League and A-league responded to seven-point Likert scale Jacko’s questionnaire (2004). To compare the core job characteristics of soccer referees, Repeated Measure, Bonferroni tests and Partial Least Squares (PLS) were used. Results show that characteristics of skill variety (0.79), specialization (0.77), feedback from job (0.62), information processing (0.61), autonomy (0.53), task significant (0.50), problem solving (0.27), had significant effects on core job characteristics among soccer referees, respectively. Characteristics of task significant, specialization, and skill variety had more effectiveness than characteristics of feedback, autonomy, and problem solving from referees’ view point (P≤ 0.05). Thus, based on factor loadings and priorities of job dimensions, problem solving can be eliminated, whereas specialization and information processing can be added to core job characteristics of soccer referees. Generally, soccer referees believe that soccer judgment is of importance, specialization, worthwhile, and high responsibility.

The aim of present study was to predict the attitudinal and behavioral outcomes among professional Iranian soccer coaches based on Job Characteristics Model (JCM) perspective. 122 coaches responded to 7-point Likert questionnaire of job characteristics (Jacko, 2004). Results of Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) showed that there are job characteristics of skill variety (0.66), feedback from job (0.63), autonomy (0.60), specialization (0.55), task identity (0.55), problem solving (0.47), task significant (0.47), and information processing (0.45), respectively among soccer coaches. Results of Path Analysis (PA) for prediction of attitudinal and behavioral outcomes showed that these outcomes mainly created in soccer coaches by criteria psychological states (especially meaningfulness of the work). Thus, it seems that for creating motivational settings in soccer coaches on professional level needs to more stimulation of skill variety, feedback from job and autonomy, because of they gave positive reactions to their variety job and profession aspects of attitudinal and behavioral.
